IPG Asset Services' REO management process is designed to enhance your ability to manage the REO disposition process with the highest level of quality, service and performance.

We understands the importance of providing results that meet and exceed the demands of our clients, the current market and economic conditions. We use our proprietary REO software solution to assist clients in streamlining their default and REO processes and to provide a framework for managing the REO asset.

 

Brokerage Selection
IPG Asset Services has a group of experienced national REO brokers. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best REO agents available. All applicants are carefully screened. To be considered brokers are required to:

  • have experience in REO properties
  • pass a thorough business background check
  • submit verifiable letters of reference from past transactions.

Brokers in our network carry themselves in a professional manner, ensuring timely sales of their listings and lighter workload for asset managers, as well as minimal liability. Our standards only allow moral and ethical brokers to participate.

 

Discovery, Evaluation, & Reporting
IPG Asset Services provides property discovery, evaluations, reporting in support of clients which include:

  • Occupancy checks
  • Obtain BPOs from experienced realtors in the current market
  • Determine maintenance needs, utilities, & property associations
  • Provide lifestyle, traffic, and many other property reports.

 

Institutional / Asset Management
IPG Asset Services only work with high quality service providers to support the needs of our clients anywhere in the country. Our asset managers work closely and manage the maintenance and repair of our REO assets. We will always obtaining approval on all repairs, obtaining bids, and manage the selection of vendors during property preservation. Common services needed include:

  • Securing the property and lock changes
  • Property trash-out
  • Winterization
  • Basic property ongoing maintenance
  • Environmental removal
